Ingredients

    2 cans black beans rinsed and drained
    2 ears of corn, kernels cut off cob
    8 cups tomato puree or crushed tomatoes
    1 sm can chipotle in adobo sauce
    2 chicken breasts, whole

Tips

Can be served with tortilla chips, sour cream, cheese, green onions, avocado.


Directions

Add all the ingredients to a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Put the chicken breasts in whole, and they can still be a little frozen. Before serving, take out the chicken breasts and shred the meat with a fork. Then return to the soup and stir
