Ingredients

    mixed berries (I used frozen)- 1 cup
    banana (I freeze mine)- 1 small
    old fashioned oatmeal- 1/2 cup
    plain soymilk - 1 cup
    cinnamon- about 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper- a small dash
    molasses- about a tsp

Tips

For a power packed protein smoothie, add protein powder.


Directions

use blender or food processor to chop up oatmeal first and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Serving Size: makes about 22-24 oz
