Ingredients

    2 pounds 93% or greater ground beef
    large container beef broth
    1-11.5oz can V8 juice
    onion
    celery
    carrot
    1 sweet potatoe
    zucchini
    turnips
    parsnips
    8 oz. bag frozen green beans
    salt/pepper to taste
    dash of worchesterchire sauce

Directions

brown hamburger in skillet until browned. Begin adding vegetables with 1 carton beef broth and V8 juice. Simmer until all vegetables are tender.
(Add any additional veggies you would want)

Serving Size: large pot serves 10-12
