Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    3 large eggs
    3 c cooked pumpkin
    6 Tbsp brown sugar (1/4 + 1/8c)
    3/4 c white sugar
    1.5 cans or about 2.5 c fat free evaporated milk
    2 Tenderflake all veg. shortening "deep dish" frozen pie shells
    Spices as desired:
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp each nutmeg, ginger
    1/8- 1/4 tsp each cloves, allspice, cardamom

Tips

It might be hard to only have 1/10th of a pie but that's how I calculated it. ;)


Directions

Lightly beat eggs,
Beat in rest of ingredients.
Bake 425 for 15 minutes then 350 for about 40 minutes more till knife inserted in centre comes clean.
Do protect outer crusts with foil.

Serving Size: Makes 2 9" pies of 10 slices each.
