Ingredients

3 Cups of Dried crushed Molokhia leaves
10 cups of Lamb stock (made from Lamb bones and meat)
350g Lamb meat (lean)
8 Garlic cloves crushed
250g Butter
80g of Coriander dried/ground
Salt
Tips
CAUTION! Do not over cook or burn the butter mixture or it will become bitter and ruin the entire dish.
Directions
Fill pressure cooker to 3/4 full with lamb stock
Add Meat and cook under pressure for 30min
Then add 3 cups of the dried Molokhia and stir in.
Cook for a further 20minute.
Then peel and crush 8 garlic cloves and add 80g of ground coriander. Keep crushing garlic and coriander until they form a paste. Add more garlic if needed.
Heat separate pan over stove and add 250g butter. Melt slowly, once butter is melted add the garlic/coriander mix to the but and keep stirring over low heat until the full smell of the garlic/coriander mix can be smelt. Once the full smell is reached, pout the butter mixture into the pot of Molokhia and stir. Allow to simmer for a further 5 minutes and it id done
