Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    10 fresh frozen Green Grapes
    1 stalk Celery
    1 cup chopped Kale
    1/2 cup Spinach
    1/2 medium Banana
    10 fresh frozen Blueberries
    1 scoop Nature's Plus Spirutein Strawberry Banana
    Protein Mix
    Juice of one Lime
    1 cup Almond Milk

Tips

NOTE: If you freeze the fresh fruit ahead of time, your drink will be cold without adding ice.
You may prefer to add a sweetener such as honey or agave nectar or Stevia. The fruits are a natural sweetener.


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, food processor or juicer. Mix for about 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth. Serve in 1-cup portions. Place remainder in refrigerator to keep cold for later.
