Ingredients

    3 Cups Whole wheat flour
    4 Tbsp Ground flaxseed
    4 Tbsp Sugar
    8 Tbsp Dark chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp Baking powder
    1/4 Tsp Salt
    4 Eggs
    1 Cup Pumpkin
    2 Tsp Vanilla extract
    2 Cups Milk (I used a combo of skim and almond)

    **Pumpkin pie spice, optional**

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl. Add wet to dry and mix until combined. Cook on electric griddle or stovetop.

Serving Size: Makes 23 medium size pancakes (5-6")

    is the calorie count based on one pancake? - 10/19/14

    Yes, for ease of measuring servings the count is for one pancake. That was using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. However, I just made these again and added some additional milk (maybe 1/2 cup) because they were too thick, so that might change the count.
