Ingredients

    1 lb. 80/20 ground beef
    1 med onion, diced
    3 celery stalks, sliced
    1/2 c. diced/sliced mushrooms
    1 can diced tomatoes 16oz
    1 can dark red kidney beans 16oz
    1 can light red kidney beans 16oz
    1 packet McCormick mild chili mix
    1 oz dry spaghetti, broken into small pcs

Tips

Serve with corn chips or sliced french bread. Can top with sour cream, salsa, jalapenos.


Directions

Cook meat with diced onions till no pink left in meat. Drain fat. Return to pot. Add celery, mushrooms, chili mix, tomatoes, & kidney beans (drain about 1/2 the liquid from the beans). Stir up & bring to boil. Add in the broken spaghetti. Boil 1 minute, then turn down heat & simmer at least 10 minutes. The longer it cooks the better it gets.
