Introduction

I base this off the biggest loser recipie I base this off the biggest loser recipie
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    I package jenni-o breakfast sausage
    2 cans stewed tomatoes no added salt
    squash
    onions
    peppers
    2 cubes chicken bullion
    Chicken

Directions

Put as much of each ingredient you want into the crock pot, Place on high for 2-3 hours and done :) I like to put in 2 chicken breasts but sometimes i only do one... Gumbo is fairly vague. Feel free to message me!

Serving Size: 1 cup is a serving, I usually make between 10-15 cups depending on what the crock pot will hold
