Ingredients

    2 lbs Ground Beef - 93% lean
    1 French's Chili-O Original Seasoning Mix
    30 Roma Tomatoes cut at least in half depending on size or 4 cans of diced tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
    1 16 oz Can Bush's Chili Beans - medium sauce
    2 15.5oz cans HyVee Chili Style Beans
    2 15oz cans HyVee Dark Red Kidney Beans
    1 chopped Onion
    1 cut up Bell pepper

Tips

Using the crock pot lets it all blend in together. Use shredded cheese as a garnish if desired. Great cold weather meal. Freezes very well.


Directions

Brown ground beef with onions and bell peppers.
Put tomatoes and beans into crock pot and stir.
Add French's seasoning and stir in completely.
Add ground beef mixture and stir in again.
Set crock pot on low and let it go for 4-5 hours, stirring at least every half hour.
