Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups of kale chopped small
    1 cup cabbage chopped small
    2 links of chourico
    1 to 1 1/2 lb stew meat cut into small pieces
    1 frozen package of yellow squash mix
    3 Idaho potatoes pealed and cubed
    1 can of Bush's Navy White Beans
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Ensure liquid is always 4 to 5 inches over the vegetables and meat add more if necessary.


Directions

Cover churico and stew meat with water and cook until wel done, Chop kale and cabbage add to soup. Cook until tender. Remove the chourico and cut into small pieces, put back into soup, add frozen yellow squash mix until dissolved, add potatoes cook until tender, add navy beans and simmer.

Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
