Not only easy, but low in calories, too! Not only easy, but low in calories, too!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
    4 Tablespoons Dijon or honey mustard
    8 Tablespoons Salsa

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place chicken breasts into an oven safe baking dish.
Spread mustard on chicken.
Spread 2 tablespoons salsa over each piece of chicken.
Bake uncovered for 20 mins.
Makes 4 4oz servings.
