Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Liquids:
    1.5 cups warm water
    2 tbsp avocado oil
    2 tbsp black-strap molasses
    2 tbsp honey

    Non-Liquids:
    2.25 cups whole wheat flour
1.25 cups bread flour (if you only have all-purpose, add a tablespoon of gluten)
1 cup of Fiber One cereal
    2 tbsp dry milk
    1.5 tsp salt
    2 tsp active dry yeast

Tips

I have found it works best to mix the dry ingredients together, in a separate bowl, before adding them to the bread machine, but you should do your own experiment to see if this is needed.

Directions

Before you start, make sure that all of your ingredients are at room temperature, except for the water, which should be warm (about 110 degrees). Don't make it too hot or it will kill the yeast.

Add the ingredients in the order your bread machine manufacturer recommends.

Use the 2 pound setting, whole wheat, medium crust.
