    16 oz chicken breast (shredded)
    24 ea Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
    6 oz Cream Cheese
    3 tbsp Light Ranch Dressing
    1 ea Jar of Pickle Slices

    Seasonings (Optional):
    1 tsp Dill
    2 dash Salt
    2 dash Black Pepper
    1 tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Garlic Powder


These sandwiches are great cold (perfect for school lunches) and even better warmed (perfect for mom or dad's lunch).


1) Shred cooked chicken, if not already done.
2) Mix cream cheese, ranch, and seasonings in a bowl.
3) Mix cream cheese mix with the chicken (helps mix if the sauce is slightly warmed).
4) Cut Hawaiian rolls in half, remove the top half, and add an equal amount of chicken salad to each.
5) Add 2 pickle slices to each roll and place the top half of the roll back on (a toothpick in each will help it keep its shape).

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (3 sandwiches per serving)
