Ingredients

2lbs 93% Lean Ground Beef
1 Tblsp Worcesteshire
1 Tblsp Italian Seasoning
1 C Diced sweet onion
1 Tblsp Minced Garlic
1 Tblsp Grassfed Butter
1 C Chopped Carrot
1 C Chopped Celery
3 Med Potatoes, diced with skin
1 C Frozen Cut Green Beans, thawed
2 Tblsp Tomato Paste
1 Lg Can of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (32oz size)
8 C Organic Beef Broth
Directions
Brown ground beef and drain. Put back into soup pot and add Worcesteshire sauce and italian seasoning. Add in chopped onion with the butter and saute for 3-5 minutes until transluscent. Add in Garlic and saute for another minute or so.
Add in the carrots, celery, and potatoes. Pour in the broth an bring to a boil. Once boiling add the green beans, tomatoes, and tomato paste.
Continue to boil for about 20-30 minutes until potatoes/carrots/celery is fork tender.
