Introduction

Again, another smoothie recipe just so I can track the nutritional info without having to add each ingredient separately on the nutrition tracker. Smoothies are my way of getting my fruits and my calcium in!! Ingredients

    1/2 C fresh strawberries, halved
    1/4 C frozen mango
    1C fat free plain yogurt
    1/2C organic soy milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Put everything into blender, blend till smooth, pour into tall glass, add straw and enjoy.
