Ingredients

    24 oz. raw shrimp
    2 large whole carrots
    1 med zucchini
    1 Med raw onion
    1 cup sliced mushroom
    1 med green pepper
    3 tsp chopped garlic
    5 cups of cooked long grain rice
    6 tbsp All Purpose Stir Fry
    cracked pepper & Sea Salt
    seasmee seeds
    seasmee seed oil

Tips

I prefer the Lay Choy Stir Fry sauce.


Directions

heat up the wok add seamee seed cooking oil & shrimp add garlic, black pepper, and salt. Cook shrimp and stir until pink. Add all other ingredients except the seeds and rice.
Cook on Med untl slightly soft.
Add the seeds.
Place a spoon of the shrimp & veggie stir fry on top of rice.
