Ingredients

1 pound sirloin tip steak, cut into thin strips
6 cups frozen mixed vegetables (mine was broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
    1/4 cup frozen corn
    2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. finely chopped or grated ginger root
1 Tbsp. finely chopped lemongrass (I use the stuff in a tube)
1 clove garlic, grated or finely chopped

Tips

I cook everything in a large Dutch oven or soup pot to avoid flinging food all over the stove. ;-)

If you would like a thicker sauce, you could add a mixture of cornstarch and water at the end of cooking.

Directions

Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, lemongrass, and garlic. Add steak and allow to marinate at least 30 minutes.

Heat a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add oil of choice and steak along with marinade. Cook and stir until steak is mostly cooked through, 5-10 minutes.

Add frozen mixed veggies and corn. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes or until veggies are warmed through and cooked to desired doneness.

Serve immediately.
