Introduction

Super easy and yummy Super easy and yummy
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    Ground beef 1lb
    Black beans (1 can)
    Pinto beans(1 can)
    Kidney beans(1 can)
    Cannelloni beans(1 can)
    Hominy (1 can)
    Corn(1 can)
    Salsa (1 jar)
    Tomatoes(1 can)
    Water
Taco Seasoning (cumin, garlic, onion, chili powder)

Tips

*Try serving with a dollop of low-fat sour cream and some low-fat shredded cheese and a few tortilla chips.

*All the different beans aren't necessary. You can use whichever kind you like best.

* If you don't want the added salt of store bought taco seasoning, you can add the spices individually yourself. A LOT less sodium, and it is cheaper that way, too!
