Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup almond flour or ground almonds
    2 large pastured eggs
    1/4 cup canned pumpkin or squash
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1 tbsp olive oil

    You could probably omit the olive oil, but they make sure the waffle won't stick.

Directions

Mix up batter and pour into waffle iron. Cook until done.
