My Grandmother's Cornbread Recipe. My Grandmother's Cornbread Recipe.

Ingredients

    1 Cup Corn Mill
    1 Cup Flou
    2 Eggs (Healthier Alternative, can sub 6 tbsp Egg Beaters to cut back Cholesterol.)
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    1 Tbsp smart balance butter (To grease pan with.)

Tips

What flour is a healthy sub for this one, as is Egg Beaters to cut the Cholesterol in half for this recipe.


Directions

Heat over to 350. Grease pan with butter. Mix ingredients and pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes until bread is brown on top. Can cut into small squares perfect for breaking up into pinto beans or large squares perfect for eating on their own.
