Ingredients
Wash and peel 3 small to medium potatoes. Cut potatoes in to quarter pieces and place in a bowl of water to take out the extra starch.
Mince 1 garlic clove.
Drain potatoes and add olive oil to coat.
Add minced garlic.
Add salt to taste.
Stir and place in a small dish to bake.
Add milk to lightly cover potatoes.
Bake potatoes for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add shedded cheese to top and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This is a perfect recipe for people who do not think they like healthy foods.

Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes
