Ingredients

1 lb hamburger meat
2 jars Newman's Own Sockarooni Sauce
1 28oz can Furmano's Crushed Tomatoes
1 Large onion
1 Large Bell pepper
4 garlic cloves
2 Bay leaves
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Tips
Just used 1 lb hamburger to lessen calories, but could definitely use 2 lbs.
Directions
Brown hamburger meat, draining any fat.
In blender, blend carrots, bell pepper, onion, garlic with about a cup water or canned crushed tomatoes - needs liquid to blend.
Add blended veggies with browned beef and jars and can of tomatoes. Cook for several hours to let flavors blend and darken color of carrots.
Serving Size: 1 cup serving, probably 12 cups total
