Ingredients

    1 spaghetti squash
    1/2 onion
    3 carrots
    4 cloves garlic
    coconut oil
    cottage cheese
    parmesan cheese
    nature's promise chicken meatballs
    salt
    pepper

Directions

bake squash, remove seeds.
saute onion carrot and garlic, add diced tomatoes, use stick blender if desired.
bake meatballs per package directions.
break meatballs into smaller pieces, place in baking dish.
mix squash, meatballs, sauce and cheeses together and bake until hot and melty!
