Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cups macaroni
    3 eggs boiled
    1 cup mayonaisse
    1/2 kosher dill pickle chopped

Tips

This is a very versatile dish, you can add onion, green pepper or any color pepper, peas, etc. to get your vegetables in as well and it makes it a full course meal! You can also use light or reduced fat mayo instead of regular to cut calories and fat.


Directions

Boil macaroni according to directions drain and rinse with cold water for about 2 minutes boil eggs at same time in same water chop boiled eggs and pickle add tuna and all other ingredients mix add a pinch of salt, celery salt and sprinkle paprika on top put in refridgerator to cool
