    1/3 c cilantro
    1/2 red onion, diced
    1/2 large or 1 small red, yellow or orange pepper
    1 jalepeno
    1/4 c rice vinegar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    4 green onions, diced
    1 tomato, diced


    1/2 tsp cane sugar- optional not incl in cals
    2 tbs olive oil - not included in calories
