Ingredients

    2 onions, chopped
    2 green peppers chopped
    3 medium stalks celery, diced
    1 Tsp. canola oil
    4 cups beans (any variety) cooked from dry (no salt added)
    2 8-oz cans no-salt tomato sauce
    2 28-oz. cans no-salt tomatoes
    1 14-oz. corn
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. dry cocoa
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. cayenne
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

Cook onions, green pepper, and celery in oil in a large pot until tender. Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes, corn, and seasonings. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Add beans.
