Ingredients

    14 oz can drained artichoke hearts (quartered)
    1 cup light sour cream
    1 cup plain greek yogurt
    8 oz light cream cheese or silken tofu
    8 oz mozzarella cheese
    8 oz parmesan cheese
    ½ c. fresh chopped spinach
    1 tsp fresh minced garlic
    1 tsp seasoning powder
    1 Tble hot sauce or 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Blend all ingredients and heat via slow cooker or microwave.
