Ingredients

    1 cup cubed butternut squash
    1 Granny Smith apple
    2 packets Tuvia
    1 tsp Thyme
    1 - 1 1/2 cup water

Tips

Apple and butternut squash should be cooked until able to be mashed with a fork. You can blend ice into this mixture to make a wonderful slush.


Directions

cut apple into cubes and combine with butternut squash, thyme and water in a shallow frying pan. Cover pan with lid to cook apple and squash until tender (about 15 mins) Pour mixture and Truvia into a blender and blend until smooth. Chill and serve
