Ingredients

    Granny Smith Apple
    Sweet Potato
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Cinnamon
    Pumpkin Pie Spice
    Sea Salt

Directions

Peel Sweet potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Slice Granny Smith apple and cut into 1/2 inch pieces. Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cinnamon, Pumpkin Pie Spice, and Sea Salt. Cook for 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Turn twice while baking.
