Ingredients

    3 cups cranberries - whole or chopped
    2 cups granulated Splenda
    2 cups water

Tips

We have also used this as an ice cream topping or on top of apple pie during the holidays. It's wonderful and very healthy.


Directions

Empty two bags (12 oz. each) of Ocean Spray cranberries into a pot you can cover. Add two sups of granulated Splenda and two cups of water. Cook on medium heat until berries begin to "pop". Turn down to low and simmer until desired consistency. Allow to cool before refrigerating. Sauce will thicken as it cools.
