Introduction
This is a unique muffin recipe in that it uses no eggs or milk. You can substitute pumpkin puree or bananas for the applesauce and they are equally delicious. Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. dark mollases
1 c. applesauce (pumpkin puree or banana may also be used)
1/2 tsp baking solda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of cloves
1/2 c. raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
Greese muffin tins
Combine oil, molasses and applesauce. In a separate bowl, sift and mix all dry ingredients. Combine and stir wet and dry ingredients. Add raisins and stir. Drop into muffin tins and bake 18-20 minutes. These will come out of the oven a little soft, but they are still done and especially yummy! Enjoy : )
