Introduction

These are some lightened apple crumbles, yummy and easy ! These are some lightened apple crumbles, yummy and easy !
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - 4 apples, or 400g of applesauce
    - 40g of natural oat flakes (not cereal ones !)
    - 25g of flour (whole grain is better than white)
    - 40g of brown sugar
    - 35g of light margarine
    - powdered cinnamon

    - 4 individuals cake pans that can go into the oven (typically 3-inches ones)

Tips

It's better to serve it hot with some vanilla ice-cream, or fresh cottage cheese.


Directions

Preheat your oven to th.6 (180°C).

If you have some apples and not appesauce, cut them into small strips.
Put 1/4 of the apples/applesauce into each cake pan, and pour some cinnamon.

In a bowl, add the sugar, oats and flour. Then mix with the margarine, using your fingers to obtain a crumbly pastry mixture.

Put 1/4 of the mixture onto each apple preparation.

Bake in the oven until crispy and brown (about 30 minutes).
