Ingredients

    V8 Juice
    Beef Broth
    Cooked Barley
    Cabbage
    Kale
    Mixed Veggies
    Frozen Corn
    Red Skinned Potatoes
    Carrot
    Celery
    Onion

Directions

Saute carrots, celery, and onion in the bottom of a dutch oven or large soup pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until cooked. I usually cook the barley separately and then add at the end.

Serving Size: Makes 8-12 servings depending on size of the bowl
