This fried rice is made with brown rice. This fried rice is made with brown rice.

Ingredients

    1 onion, chopped
    4 pork chops, diced
    2 Tbsps. canola oil
    3 tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs
    4 c. cooked and cooled, brown rice

Directions

In a large wok, or skillet add canola oil and chopped onions and pork chops. When cooked add 2 eggs and scramble. Add rice and soy sauce when eggs have cooked completely. Heat rice and let flavors mix.
Serves 6 1 cup servings
