BROWN BURGER WITH RED PEPPER FLAKES. SET ASIDE. FRY BACON TIL VERY CRISPY. SET ASIDE, COOK ONIONS AND GARLIC IN DRIPPINGS. DRAIN OIL FROM ONIONS. IN A STOCK POT, HEAT WATER AND BOUILLON TIL BOILING ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND COOK TIL BROCCOLI IS TENDER.
