Ingredients

24 oz Chicken Breast chopped into bite size pieces
2 1/2 cups shredded white potatoes
1/4 cup Frank's RedHot Wings Buffalo sauce
1 cup Borden's Quesa de Papa shredded Cheddar Cheese
2/3 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup diced onion
Tips
If you do not like real spicy/hot you can cut back on the hot sauce.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the hot sauce & ranch in a small bowl
Place chicken pieces in a 12x9 casserole dish
Coat the chicken w/half the buffalo ranch sauce
Sprinkle the onions over the chicken
Place potatoes evenly on top of the chicken pieces
Pour the remaining buffalo ranch sauce over the potatoes
Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the potatoes
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees
