Introduction

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/3 cup breadcrumbs (can be GF)
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp ground sage
3 Tbls Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce
Tips
I bake my meatloaf in a meatloaf pan. This pan has an insert with holes in the bottom for the fat to drip through. Makes it easy to cleanup!
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients, except ground beef, in a stand mixer fitted with the paddle. Mix until well incorporated. Add ground beef by chunks and mix until incorporated. Do not over mix.
Pat meat mixture into a loaf pan. Top meatloaf with 1/4 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ Sauce (or your favorite BBQ sauce). Cook for 1 hour or until done.
Serving Size: 1/6 of the meatloaf
