Ingredients

3 slice(s) thick sliced bacon, chopped and microwaved until crispy
˝ pound potatoes, unpeeled and diced
2 medium onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced or finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
2 cans (6.5 oz each) chopped Snows® Bumble Bee® clams, undrained
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of celery soup
1 can (10.75 oz) tap water
1 (12 ounce) can Pet® evaporated milk with vitamin D added
Your favorite hot sauce, if desired

Directions
1. Spray your crock pot or slow cooker with cooking oil.
2. Place the cooked bacon, potatoes and the remaining ingredients but the evaporated milk in the container.
3. Stir to combine. Cover the container and cook on HIGH for at least 3 hours.
4. Add the evaporated milk and stir to combine.
5. Cover and cook another hour or so on HIGH.
6. Serve with hot sauce, if desired
