Ingredients

    Mix together sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt. Add egg and egg white and stir. Add pumpkin and stir gradually adding evaporated milk. Pour into pie crust and bake for 15 minutes on 425 degrees. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for 50 minutes or till when knife is clean when inserted in middle of pie.
