Ingredients

    *All-Purpose Flour, Gluten-Free - Bob's Red Mill's, 1 cup
    *Rice Dream Original rice milk, 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large

Tips

Non-stick pans need no oil! I do 3 pans at a time for large batches.


Directions

Whisk ingredients. Pour small amounts and spread across frying pan by tipping gently in all directions. Let cook over medium low heat, until edges begin to lift, flip and let cook for another 30sec, and done!
