Ingredients

    1 box King Arthur Muffin Mix
    1 cup Milk/Milk alternative(I use almond milk)
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 ripe bananas
    1 cup frozen blueberries


Directions

Preheat oven to 375

mash bananas in bowl, add milk, eggs, and muffin mix.

Mix all well

Add vegetable oil to reach desired consistency (up 1/4 cup)

mix in blueberries

Divide batter into 2 greased bread pans.

bake 50-60 minutes
