Introduction

I like trying to make different bars that are healthy and I know what is in them. I add what ever I want and have on hand in my home. I like trying to make different bars that are healthy and I know what is in them. I add what ever I want and have on hand in my home.

Directions

Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
Blend 2 cups of rolled oats till it looks like flour. Add all dry ingredients to the rolled flour and mix together.

In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients well.
Pour all the wet into the other bowl and mix well

In a baking dish, I used a 8x8 or you can use a 8x12 if you want. Spray with a non- stick cooking spray.

Spread the mixture and push down. Then cut into the mixture making how many bars you want. I made 10 bars. Cook for 15- 20 min. Cut again and then let cool.
They should last up to 1 week in a container. Just not at my home.
