Ingredients

Almonds, .8 oz.
Western Family Walnuts, 1 serving
Sunflower Seeds, 1 serving
Peanuts Honey Roasted, 1 serving
Oat Meal, 1 serving
Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2 cup
Granola, 1 serving
Kellogg's Rice Krispies Cereal, .5 cup (1 serving)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp.
Banana Chips, .5 serving
Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp.
Maple Syrup, 4 tbsp.
Honey, .5 cup
Molasses, 1 tbsp.
Milk Non Fat, .5 cup
*vanill extract, 2 tsp.
Directions
Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
Blend 2 cups of rolled oats till it looks like flour. Add all dry ingredients to the rolled flour and mix together.
In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients well.
Pour all the wet into the other bowl and mix well
In a baking dish, I used a 8x8 or you can use a 8x12 if you want. Spray with a non- stick cooking spray.
Spread the mixture and push down. Then cut into the mixture making how many bars you want. I made 10 bars. Cook for 15- 20 min. Cut again and then let cool.
They should last up to 1 week in a container. Just not at my home.
