Ingredients

    1 lb center cut boneless pork chops
    1 medium onion sliced into rings

    Sauce:
    2 tbsp maple syrup
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
    1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place oinions in baking sheets. Layer pork chops on top on onions. Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour over chops. Bake 40 minutes turning chops once. You may need a longer cooking time depending on the thickness of your chops.

    Very Good
    This was tasty. I think 40 minutes was a little long for my thinner pork chops so I only did 30 min. Probably even better marinated ahead of time. - 4/26/11

    Incredible!
    In one word... Delicious! I made this exactly like it said and it was great! For starter's the onions underneath the pork chops made them so tender they fell apart but were also kinda crispy on the outside bottom. The sweetness of the sauce was great with the onions and pork! Perfect! - 7/22/09
