Ingredients

    Basic Beef Stew,
    Stew meat Lean 1 lb
    one can no salt tomato sauce
    3 potatoes
    3 large carrots
    3 Large celery stalks
    half yellow onion
    spices to taste
    2 cups low sodium vegetable broth

Tips

I use garlic powder paprika a pinch of all spice and Worcestershire sauce. to season. not a lot


Directions

saute onion and beef, add celery carrots and tomato sauce. cook for 15 min then add broth and potatoes. cook aprox 1.5 hours.
