Ingredients

    Fresh Chopped Kale
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Aged Balsamic Vinegar
    Minced Garlic
    Himalayan Pink Salt
    Black Pepper

Tips

I prefer my Kale to still have a little bite to it, I don't like wilted greens, but if you do, go for fifteen minutes cooking time.

Turn your greens at least once.


Directions

Drizzle the Olive Oil all over the largest pan you have.
Turn your stove top heat to medium.
Add the garlic while oil heats.
Dump in the Kale (cut it to whatever size you like!)
Add the salt and pepper.
Drizzle the Vinegar on top.
Turn the Kale over until it's well coated in the oil.
Cover and cook down the Kale to your liking.

Serving Size: Makes 6 3/4 cup servings on average
