Ingredients

    1 TBSP butter
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 TBSP Chopped Garlic
    Chicken Broth, 6 cups
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1 10oz package of Spinach, frozen
    4 Chicken Breasts (cooked and chopped/shredded)
    Orzo Pasta, 1 cup (can substitute acini de pepe)

Directions

Brown onion and garlic in butter. Add broth and boil. Add pasta, nutmeg, and pepper and boiil for 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook until noodels are done. Add cooked chicken and salt to taste. Serve with a sprinkle of parmesan
