Ingredients

20 oz. Pork sausage
3 cups Shredded Cheese of your choice
1 Egg
1/4 cup- 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour or your brand of choice
Tips
When I checked on them mid-way through the cooking process they looked a little weird like it was going to be a big blob, but magically they came out fine. The coconut oil absorbs a lot of the liquid. You may want to cook on a rack where the excess grease will drain.
Directions
Dump all ingredients in a LARGE bowl (it gets messy) and work it together with your hands until it sticks together and roll into balls.
Place on greased or sprayed cookie sheet and back at 425 for about 20 minutes or until browned.
