Introduction

An easy one pot meal! An easy one pot meal!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. pork chops (4 large chops)
    6 small potatoes (cut into cubes)
    20 baby carrots (halved lengthwise and then quartered)
    1 med. yellow onion (chopped)
    6 large fresh mushrooms (chopped)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. vegetable broth
    2 tbs. basil
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. fresh green beans (snapped into bite size pieces)

Directions

Place potatoes in bottom of crock pot, then add carrots, two of the chops, onions, and the final two chops.

Combine soup and broth, add the remaining ingredients (except for beans) and stir. Pour over chops.

Add green beans for final hour.

Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
