Ingredients

    4 cans tomato sauce
    4 lbs lean ground beef
    3 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
    2 cups chopped onion
    4 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp grapeseed oil

Tips

You can easily halve or quarter this recipe. I make the whole thing and then freeze it in individual serving size portions to pull out for a quick meal.


Directions

Saute onions and garlic until the onions are clear in the grapeseed oil. Add ground beef and cook until brown and crumbled. Add tomato sauce and seasoning and cook for an hour on low heat. Skim off any fat.
